Contact OmegleLife

Last updated October 9, 2026

We handle support by email at [email protected]. If you include the details listed for your kind of request, we can usually answer on the first reply.

OmegleLife is not affiliated with Omegle.com, so we can't help with anything to do with Omegle or its former accounts.

Reporting someone in a chat

The fastest way to report a user is the Report button inside the chat, during the conversation or within about a minute after it ends. A report saves the last part of that chat for our moderators. An email can't do that, because we don't store chats that nobody reported. The Safety Center explains what happens after you report someone.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first, then tell us.

Help with the site

For bugs, camera or microphone problems, or anything that isn't working, email [email protected]. It helps if you tell us:

  • whether you were using text chat or video chat;
  • your device, browser and operating system;
  • what you expected to happen and what happened instead;
  • roughly when it happened, with your time zone.

A screenshot of an error message is useful. Please don't send screenshots that show another person's face or private details.

Billing, cancellations and refunds

You can cancel Premium yourself in one click from your account page or from the link in any receipt email. You don't need to contact us to cancel.

For refunds, double charges or other payment problems, email us from the address linked to your Premium account. Include the date and amount of the payment, how you paid and the reference from your receipt. The Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when we give refunds.

Ban appeals

If you've been banned, the ban screen shows the reason category, when the ban ends and the email address for appeals. Send your appeal there. Tell us roughly when the ban happened and why you think it was a mistake. If you can't see the ban screen any more, write to [email protected] instead. A person reviews every appeal.

Privacy requests

To ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, email [email protected] with "Privacy request" in the subject line. Premium users can also delete their account straight from the account page. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act on a request. The Privacy Policy lists your rights and what we keep.

Copyright complaints follow the process on our DMCA page. Send notices to [email protected] with "DMCA notice" in the subject line, and include everything the DMCA page lists.

Law enforcement

Police and other authorities can send requests to [email protected] with "Law enforcement request" in the subject line. We respond to valid legal process. Please include the identifiers you have, such as an IP address and the exact date and time of the chat with its time zone. Without them we usually can't find the records you need.

Keep in mind how little we hold. We don't store chat messages unless someone files a report, and we delete report evidence after 90 days unless we receive a request to preserve it. If a child is at risk or someone's life is in danger, say so in the subject line and we'll treat the request as urgent.

Business and press

For partnerships, advertising or press questions, write to [email protected] with a short description of what you have in mind.
