Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated October 9, 2026

This policy covers Premium on OmegleLife: how to cancel, what happens to your access afterwards, and when we give money back. The chat itself is free, so this only matters if you've paid for something. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Cancelling a subscription

Weekly and monthly subscriptions paid by PayPal or card renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, in one click:

  • from your account page, or
  • from the cancel link in any receipt email we've sent you.

You don't need to email us, give a reason or talk to anyone. If you subscribed through PayPal, cancelling the subscription in your PayPal account works too, and our system picks up the change.

What happens after you cancel

Premium stays on until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that it switches off, and we don't charge you again. Your account page shows the date your access ends.

Cancelling stops future payments. You keep Premium for the rest of the current period, and we don't refund that period.

If you delete your account instead of cancelling, the renewal stops and Premium ends straight away, along with any time left in the period. If you want to use the days you've paid for, cancel first and delete the account later.

Free trials

Some plans may come with a free trial. If yours does, the checkout shows how long the trial lasts and the date of the first charge. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't pay anything.

Crypto passes

Crypto payments go through NOWPayments, and they buy a one-time pass for a fixed period, such as 7 or 30 days. A pass doesn't renew, so there's nothing to cancel. We email you about 24 hours before it runs out, and you can buy another pass if you want to keep Premium.

Crypto payments can't be pulled back the way a card payment can. If we agree to refund a pass, we arrange it with you by email and send it manually. Network fees and price changes in the cryptocurrency mean the amount that reaches you may differ from what you paid.

Failed renewals

If a renewal payment fails, Premium stays on for a 3-day grace period. If the payment still hasn't gone through by then, Premium ends and you won't be charged for that period. You can subscribe again at any time.

When we give refunds

Because you can cancel at any time and keep access until the period ends, we don't refund part of a period you've already started, except when:

  • we charged you twice for the same period;
  • a renewal went through after you had already cancelled;
  • Premium didn't work because of a fault on our side that we couldn't fix within a reasonable time;
  • we shut the service down, in which case we refund the unused part of your period;
  • the law where you live gives you a right to a refund.

Outside these cases, we look at each request on its own and may refund at our discretion, for example when a renewal you didn't mean to keep went through and you haven't used it.

If you live in the EU, the UK or another country with a cooling-off period for online purchases, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of your first purchase. Email us within that time, and we'll handle the request as the law in your country requires. Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under consumer law.

Banned accounts

Premium users follow the same Community Guidelines as everyone else. If we ban you for breaking the rules, we don't refund any part of the payment, and a ban doesn't pause your subscription or add time to it. You can still cancel renewal from your account page while banned. If the ban is permanent, we end the subscription so you aren't charged again.

If you think the ban was a mistake, appeal using the email address on the ban screen. If we lift the ban because we got it wrong, write to [email protected] and we'll look at making up the lost time or refunding it.

Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us before you go to your bank or PayPal. We can usually fix a billing mistake faster, and you keep Premium while we sort it out.

If you open a chargeback or payment dispute, we end Premium immediately and flag the account while the dispute is open. If the charge was valid, we may give the payment provider evidence that you authorised it and used the service, and we may decline future purchases from the account. If the dispute shows we made a mistake, we'll correct it.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected], ideally from the address linked to your Premium account. Include:

  • the email address on your account;
  • the date and amount of the payment;
  • how you paid (PayPal, card or crypto) and the reference from your receipt;
  • a short explanation of what went wrong.

You can find your payment history and receipt references on your account page. We reply by email. If we approve a refund for a PayPal or card payment, the money goes back to the payment method you used, through the same provider. How long it takes to reach you depends on PayPal, Stripe or your bank, and can be several days.

For questions about cancelling or billing that aren't refund requests, the same address works.
